Service Description
Gently removes gel polish using a soak-off method. No drills, no damage. Includes nail cleanse and cuticle oil for healthy, refreshed nails. PLEASE NOTE: We only remove soft gels. We can not remove acrylics, dip powder, hard or sculpting gel.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy All services at Bridge to Beauty Studio are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, which goes toward your total balance. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or no-shows—will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Beyond that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled to avoid delays for other clients. Sick Policy If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness, please reschedule. Your health—and ours—is a priority. Touch-Up Policy (for Brows) Touch-ups are offered at a reduced rate if scheduled within the recommended timeframe (usually 6–8 weeks post-initial session). Missed touch-up windows may require a full-service rate. No Refunds Policy Due to the nature of services, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is our top priority—please reach out if any concerns arise post-service.
